Really Short Interesting with good information but very brief. If anyone is looking for something comprehensive or with examples, this is not it. I did the Kindle addition but if this is in book form, it has to be a pamphlet.. Boomersize! Boomeersize! Safe Exercise Tips for the Active Older Adult by Karen Gaskell was nicely organized and well presented. Thanks for offering it on Kindle, I appreciate being able to read it in the Kindle format.
