A gift of memories An aging family member, now living with memory issues, often spoke of growing up in Cedar Rapids during the pre-war years, reminiscing about sights like the Paramount Theater. His family moved away from Cedar Rapids during World War II, and he himself returned briefly only a few times since. This book, with its collection of historical photographs, has helped to rekindle some of those old memories--a gift without price.

He is the author of Row Away From the Rocks and Coe College: A Sesquicentennial Look Through 50 Years of George Henry Photography.
