Five Stars Nice book. I think the author should have left more room to different perspectives on the topic.. The honest truth on a difficult issue. V A few of the reviews for this book are very negative and very biased. As a counselor looking for the truth to share with those who would like "a way out" of the homosexual lifestyle, this is a very helpful book. If you don't want to know God's views on the issue and you feel that homosexuality is an OK option, don't read this book. If you feel like there must be something more to life than living the homosexual lifestyle and you want to experience God's love and acceptance, this is the book for you.. "Desires in Conflict: I highly recommend the book" according to Earl Wallace. "Desires in Conflict" by Joe Dallas, is a manual for Christian men striving to be Godly while dealing with their homosexual temptations. The book deals with the topic honestly and sympathetically but remains grounded in scripture. I highly recommend the book to any man struggling with homosexuality, and to any minister who may be counseling such men.
