This book should not be called an atlas: a) it only has selected dive sites, not all, b) it only has very basic maps of dives areas (Franko's has more details), no topographic illustrations whatsoever, c) it is a mere description of some dive sites.I am not sure what the rave is about but more information about dive sites can be found online from various dive operators and reviews or dive magazines than in this book.
