"Great little book, full of useful tips for a Paleo-wannabe." according to Keith Wood. Because I'm new to Paleo and all the caveman diet thingy, I wanted to know more about it, the science behind it, how it helps maintain our health and keeps us fit and active This book provided me just that. With so many clear advantages and tips included here, with super easy to understand language, I'm sure this would be equally beneficial to any newbie who want to give Paleo diet a try.
