"Worth the money, dense with information" according to Larry Wagner. I am a former collegiate oarsman, who lifted weights to augment strength in college. I also coached rowing for a short time, and track and field.I wanted to review the book after finding Mr. El-Hewie has 57 book reviews on Amazon.com, many less than flattering. But he writes them honestly. So I wanted to see how good his book is. Its a bit difficult, but very good. Packed with information. I've looked at many other books at the l. One of the best books to have as a reference even for a woman of any age (even 75 years old.)
