It is a therapist's guide on how to present an evidence based protocol to a client dealing with social anxiety. If you are going to complete a protocol of this treatment with a client, you should also purchase the workbook by the sa. Not helpful without the workbook. I ordered this without the accompanying workbook, and it was not helpful at all--the book constantly refers back to the workbook. If you're considering getting it, definitely get the workbook, too.
