The book gives advice on how and when to progress to another split- the combinations and advanced lifting techniques that make your weight training challenging and more effectiv. "I really like the Split programs that the author has put together" according to M. Kolanda. I really like the Split programs that the author has put together. And the "specialty workouts" like abs, home workouts (not needing gym equipment) and the glutes workouts look really good. The biggest downside is the lack of an index to find the exercises. In fact, I can't find some of the exercises that are references. Also, the author calls out some exercises by one name in the programs but . Awesome book. Exactly what I was looking for Debora D.
