fake book Went to read the book and no book, just a couple of pages about the authors, cover, copyright notice and a page saying you are done. I thought maybe It didn't load properly, so I went to the book page and saw it was listed as only 2 pages long. The reviews are obviously fake as they talk about info in the book that is non-existant. What a rip off!. very interesting reading B.
