"Vaguely reminiscent of Suzanne Collins' The Hunger Games (2008) and Lois Lowry's The Giver (1993), this tale quickly takes off in its own imaginative directionPart mystery, part romance, part sci-fi, Banghart's fast-paced exploration of loyalty, identity and commitment is entertaining and intriguing." All I know is Shattered Veil WAS this book for me.I can't begin to imagine how heart-wrenching, pure and beautiful this book felt. I loved Aris, I loved her struggles, and I hope the sequel is just as wonderful when it's released.I've read books where wom
