Without divulging too much information and giving away any of the twists, author Emmy Morgan pulls from her own experience as a transwoman and breaths life into the main character, Desire. I really feel like this book is telling someone else's story. It gives the reader that instant gratification they need to see this as one continuous story. Plus for me as an author, it's great to take you on the journey ONCE! . Having an LGBT book that goes that deep that quickly will hopefully encourage others to stick through whatever temporary situation they are going through.
