I've learned a lot about how my body reacts to food so I am now making much better choices. Recipes are great.. on this topic and this book started off really good, lots of sound advice but the diet plan Louise Brownlee I am desperately trying to find some dietary advice on this topic and this book started off really good, lots of sound advice but the diet plan and recipes are ridiculous! Steal cut oats and claim juice?! What?! And vegetables and fruit that are seasonal and you can't buy out of season - not in New Zealand anyway. Needs better
