A diet book that makes you think The author's own story is fascinating. Anyone who has ever been mysteriously ill, or in pain, or felt as if someone had pulled the plug on their energy, should read what a huge impact diet had on his health--both negatively and positively.I took the quiz that evaluated my body type, and it fit with how I see myself. The quiz was more in-depth and interesting than others I've seen. I can actually apply those attributes to the rest of the book as well.. It's a cool book. Like most diet books Benjamin M. Easy to understand and the questionnaires were fun. I also wanted an introduction to Ayurvedic principles and this book delivered.. "Life changing treatise!" according to Vinod Kripalu. Amazing potentially life changing book! The simple easy to understand material makes this an easy read for casual and professionals alike.
