Jeffrey Hammond said almost everything you need for Kundalini Yoga in one book. i've owned this book/guide for 5 years and can still come up with different combinations of yoga sets and meditations. i say "almost everything" because having access to a Kundalini Yoga teacher would make this complete, but you can't go wrong with this guide alone. as stated by another reviewer, we are truly blessed to have Guru Rattana provide this knowledge in a truly usable format.. As a KY teacher, I am constantly referring to this book for kriyas. If you could only own one KY book, this one could easily be it!. "What a blessing" according to NoCal Rain. Was a little overwhelemed because I wanted to do eveything!However, I started with the wake up series, the warm up and selected a couple mediations.
