I already work around the yard, hike, bike, canoe, all in a day :D Problem is, some people, it's very difficult to lose weight, even with lots of excercise, and no junk food or soda anymore, no processed food or carbs.I didn't even find this great on motivation. So, just ok. Was recommended in another book, and was cheap, though >D
